RSCIT का पूरा नाम (Full Form) है “Rajasthan State Certificateof Information Technology” यह राजस्थान का सबसे लोकप्रिय Certificate है| यह राजस्थान में होने वाली सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए मान्य है| RSCIT वर्ष 2009 में राजस्थान सरकार की RKCL द्वारा प्रारंभ किया गया था|

“Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL)”, राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा प्रवर्तित कंपनी है। इसका प्रधान कार्यालय जयपुर में स्थित है। RSCIT, RKCL का सबसे लोकप्रिय कोर्स है। RSCIT कंप्यूटर का बेसिक कोर्स हैं जिसे वर्धमान महावीर ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी (VMOU) राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा डिजिटल साक्षरता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जारी किया गया हैं|

यह परीक्षा ऑनलाइन होती हैं इस परीक्षा में कंप्यूटर से सम्बंधित 35 प्रश्न होते हैं जिनके लिए 70 अंक निर्धारित हैं प्रत्येक प्रश्न 2 नंबर का होता हैं और इस परीक्षा को पूरा करने के लिए 60 मिनिट का समय दिया जाता हैं|

महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु –

  • यह कम्प्युटर का बेसिक कोर्स है जिसे राजस्थान में करना अनिवार्य हो गया है और सरकारी नोकरी में आवेदन करने के लिए अनिवार्य योग्यता में शामिल है ।
  • यह कोर्स 5 वी पास के बाद किया जा सकता हैं|
  • आगामी सभी राजस्थान सरकारी नौकरियों मे इसे अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है|
  • इस कोर्स की अवधी 3 माह हैं|
