ओ लेवल एक कंप्यूटर कोर्स है जिसे NIELIT द्वारा आयोजित किया गया है| National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) देश में डिजिटल साक्षरता को बढ़ाने के लिए एक प्रतिष्ठित संस्था है। इसका उद्देश्य देश की कंप्यूटर साक्षरता को बढ़ाना है। NIELIT को पहले DOEACC Society (Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses) के नाम से जानते थे।
NIELIT के द्वारा O Level कोर्स के साथ साथ A Level, B Level, CCC जैसे कोर्स भी कराये जाते है। ओ लेवल सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स की मान्यता किसी विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा कराये गए CS डिप्लोमा के बराबर ही होती है। ओ लेवल कोर्स 1 वर्ष का होता है। जिसमे दो सेमेस्टर होते है। इसमें एडमिशन वर्ष में दो बार जुलाई तथा जनवरी में लिया जाता है, कोई भी विद्यार्थी जो 10+2 पास हो या फिर I.T.I. (इंडस्ट्रियल ट्रेनिंग इंस्टिट्यूट) का कोर्स किया हो इस कोर्स में प्रवेश ले सकता है|
O Level कोर्स में इनफार्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी टूल्स एंड नेटवर्क बेसिक्स पहला सब्जेक्ट है जिसके सिलेबस की सम्पूर्ण जानकारी नीचे दी गई है।
